2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged or defective
The item received was incorrect (wrong title, edition, or product)
The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Books that have been read, used, or damaged after delivery
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Digital products, downloadable materials, or accessed workshop content
Services already rendered (including consulting or completed workshops)
