Evermore Advisory Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our primary products are books and related materials, we maintain a limited return policy designed to ensure product quality while minimizing misuse.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website and is intended to align with applicable marketplace standards, including those of Amazon, where relevant.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item received was incorrect (wrong title, edition, or product)

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Books that have been read, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned due to buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Services already rendered (including consulting or completed workshops)

4. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
